REFUND & RETURN POLICY

RETURNED ITEMS MUST COMPLY WITH OUR RETURNS POLICY:


1. Exchange procedure (Dhaka):

We only offer exchange for shoe size within 24 hours of receiving delivery. No exchange for bags. No design exchange. No color exchange.

  1. In case the size does not fit, you will have to receive the delivery, pay the dues and keep the product with you. Inform us on our page or at 01904-446104 within 24 hours of receiving delivery.
  2. If you call us, please mention your name, the product name and size.
  3. We will send the exchange size.
  4. When the delivery man brings the exchange size, you will have to give him the wrong size (intact and in same packaging as we sent it) and take the right size from him. Exchange has a delivery charge of BDT 60 per product in Dhaka.

Please note that used products will not be exchanged under any circumstances. We do not entertain claims of refunds.

2. Delivery charge for Dhaka City Corporation:

Delivery charge for normal delivery BDT 60 per product Please note that all charges are set by the courier service, not by Step Footwear.

3. Delivery charge and conditions:

Cash on delivery in Dhaka City Corporation. Full payment in advance via bKash for other areas. Delivery charges in Dhaka City Corporation are BDT 60 per product, and outside Dhaka City Corporation are BDT 150 per product. Delivery usually takes 48-72 hours. Delivery agent for all areas are is eCourier. All charges are set by the delivery agent

4. Refund:

We don’t entertain any refund for misused products, after purchasing from store or any media, on returning the product after purchasing.

5. No cancellation on order or refund after order confirmation (custom made):

Once confirmed, the payment must be done. We won’t be able to exchange, refund or accept any cancellation as the product is exclusively made for you.
